Avalon is most well known for its large cities and advanced technology. Between the cities, however, lies vast empty plains. Avalon is also known for its roves of bandits who roam these plains between the cities. There have been numerous reports to the high council of foreigners being robbed blind by these packs of thieves. The plains stretch for hundreds of miles at a time and is home for outlaws and brigands. A mysterious new temple has been found here as well. The Rock Temple
